Terms and Conditions of Use – Reserbed Travel Marketplace

By accessing and using the “Reserbed” Travel Marketplace, operated by Muner Riviera Maya S.A. de C.V., you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we recommend that you do not use the platform.
2. What is Reserbed?
Reserbed is a Travel Marketplace where you can search, compare, and book unique experiences such as accommodations, transportation, excursions, and tourism services. We act as intermediaries between verified service providers and travelers like you.
We also offer personalized support to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
3. Your role as a user
3.1. You declare that you have the legal capacity to accept these terms and enter into valid agreements.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information. This allows us to offer you the best service possible.
3.3. For security purposes, we reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the information provided and take action in cases of misuse or suspected fraud.
4. Bookings and Payments
4.1. When booking through Reserbed, you agree to pay the full amount for the selected service before using it.
4.2. You may choose to pay in full or in interest-free installments (depending on the product).
4.3. All payments are processed through secure platforms integrated into Reserbed.
4.4. In some cases, payments may be temporarily held for security reasons. You will always be informed in such situations.
5. Changes and Refunds
5.1. Each provider has its own cancellation and refund policies, clearly stated on each listing.
5.2. We recommend that you review this information carefully before booking.
5.3. In case of unexpected changes, we will do our best to help you find solutions in coordination with the provider.
6. Our Responsibility
6.1. We work with professional providers but are not directly responsible for the final delivery of services.
6.2. We will always do our best to support you in case of any inconvenience and to ensure your satisfaction.
6.3. We offer a best-price guarantee and continuous quality monitoring of the services offered on the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (logos, images, text, and visual elements) is the property of Reserbed or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify the Marketplace or these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico. We operate in full compliance with all applicable regulations and hold the proper licenses and authorizations.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Reserbed, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we’ve established a clear and consistent cancellation policy that applies to most products and services booked through our Marketplace. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms:
10.1. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance
You may cancel your reservation up to 30 calendar days before the service start date. A full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable transaction fees applied at the time of payment.
10.2. Cancellations within 30 days of the service
If you cancel less than 30 calendar days before the service begins, no refund will be issued. However, you may request special consideration in cases of force majeure, such as documented medical emergencies or unforeseen events.
10.3. Non-refundable services
Some products are clearly marked as “Confirmed Experience” or “Non-Refundable” and cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstance. This will be explicitly shown at the time of booking and forms part of the agreement.
10.4. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your booking once, provided it is done at least 15 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the provider’s approval.
10.5. Refund processing time
If a cancellation is approved and qualifies for a refund, it will be processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days using the original payment method.
10.6. How to request a cancellation
To cancel a booking, send an email to soporte@reserbed.com with your booking number and the reason for cancellation. Our team will guide you through the process.
